Even dreams have an expiry date.

After nearly 17 years, that is one very important lesson i have learnt. I must admit that i am always highly ambitious, sometimes overly, if you must say. As the old saying say "the higher you think you can climb, the more it hurts when you fall, when reality fights back".

Since young, i had many dreams. All kinds of dream. Like the sport i want to play, the instrument i want to learn, the grade i want to achieve...blahblah, the list goes on. But i am proud to say that i have achieved quite a few. Miracles do happen sometimes, and i don't deny that.

Here are some of the followings:

[1]top the class= Primary 3
[2]After failing a year of Additional Maths, i scored second best in the level for common test (term1), and full marks for the following term quiz(term2), in secondary 4
[3]Learnt ballet when i was p5/p6/sec1
[4]Learn how to play tennis
[5]Got to be part of a musical (sec 4)
[6]Played in a friendly match with Nanyang(sec2)
[7]Learning Fashion illustration
[8]Learnt piano for almost 13 years
[9]Got invited to -jc for audition(dsa)

But then, there were regrets.

[1]I failed maths in sec 1 and sec 3
[2]failed art in sec 1
[3]b3 for science from p3-p6
[4]Failed in getting to a pure science stream
[5]Never played in any Nationals (a total of 100 matches)-i think i am the only one
[6]Umpired throughout my cca
[7]Failed in the audition to -jc
[8]Failed Higher Chinese for O-levels
[9]Stopped learning ballet(force)-sec 1
[10]Failed Additional Mathematics the whole year-sec 3
[11]Didn't take biology in sec 3
[12]Screwed up my Music O level
[13]Failed Grade 5 Theory Exam-sec 2

However, there are chances for repentance, and i am thankful for that, especially for those around me who gave me a second chance

[1]Happy to go Poly, instead of JC (at least i study what i like, its either science stream or not, No way in arts, i hate humanities!!!)
[2]Retaking --- exam
[3]Got at least a merit for the retake test for grade 5 (ABRSM)
[4]learning german as 3rd Language
[5]Hoping to continue playing tennis

This is not some confession post. It's just that sometimes, saying it out, is MUCH MUCH better. It going to be new day tomorrow, NO WAY am i going to remind myself of the past. Everything will be back to the starting point, it's a new race.
