PL MUSICAL 2008: The Father's Gift


even though i have earlier promised that i would not be posting anything before the O levels. I CAN'T HELP but post about the musical.

Let me tell you, this musical PACKS A PUNCH!!!It's super,MEGA!!even though it just ended, like yesterday, i feel like as if something is lost.With all those intense rehearsals and trainings, all is gone within 3 performances. It was such memorable times when we had to train during the june holiday for 2 weeks(9am-4pm), and also during school days when we had to rehearse till 8.30pm at night on fridays and saturdays. It was during such tough times that we learn to grow as a team together. Friendships were forged with the dancers, crew, and also choir members. It was like one BIG FAMILY. Every single individual play a huge role in the production of this musical. People that i never got to know before, now i get to know them so much better!! Especially, those that i have only known vaguely, i have learnt so much more about them. This has definitely impacted me in many ways. As what Ms Loh has said, "this musical is not only going to be a 3 session thing, it is going to impact people a long way." I totally agree. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the teachers for their hardwork and committment to the musical. Without anyone of them, it would never have been so successful.I salute you for that.

During these long period of time that we have come together, i have made more friends, get to know some people much more in depth and grew to respect the teacher and the school even. I LOVE EVERYONE IN THE MUSICAL. Its a pity that it is over. But as the saying goes: All good things always come to an end:D
